Yes, consumers have a 30-day withdrawal period for standard ShirtFrames, provided the product is undamaged. After receiving and checking the return, we refund the purchase amount via the same payment method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Personalised and custom made ShirtFrames cannot be returned after proof approval.

If you want to return a standard ShirtFrame, contact us by email first so we can register the return and send the correct instructions. Return costs are paid by the customer. Always keep your shipping receipt until the return is processed.

You can pay with iDEAL/Wero, Bancontact, credit card/debit card and PayPal. iDEAL/Wero is available for the Netherlands, Bancontact for Belgium, and card payments and PayPal for other EU countries where these methods are supported by Mollie.

If your order was successful, you will see a confirmation on screen and receive a confirmation by email. If something goes wrong, you will also receive a notification. If you cannot place an order, contact us and we will gladly help.

Payment by invoice is possible for approved business orders. We send a digital invoice and process the order after payment, unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.

In principle, many types of shirts can be framed with ShirtFrame, including football shirts, cycling jerseys, running shirts, basketball jerseys, handball shirts, volleyball shirts and polos.

For football shirts, sizes S, M and L are usually most suitable. For cycling jerseys, sizes M, L and XL are usually most suitable. Larger sizes can sometimes be framed, but a larger part of the shirt may disappear behind the passe-partout.

Yes. We can supply both personalised and full-custom ShirtFrames. The design costs are included in the product price. We create the design, send a proof and start production after approval.
